Up for auction is a 1969 Talking Julia Barbie doll. She has been repaired to talk. She talks loud and clear in a sultry voice. She said her six phrases: Hi, my name is Julia / I like the new dress styles / Would you like to be an actress? / We sure have a dress style / What shall I wear on my show ? / Nursing is great fun.   She has cherry colored uncut hair. She has nice long even lashes. Nice pink lips. Her limbs are tight. She can sit. Right and left legs click 3x's loudly. She does have 2 pin pricks on her right foot. Legs have faded green spots similar to the blue spots that show up on the Caucasian dolls. This is due to the metal inside her legs. Common with these dolls.  Her original jumpsuit is in fair condition. Some fraying on the top part. Also has small holes in the waist area (belt hides this). For a 52 year old doll.
